What Happens if I Return Items from a Loyalty Order?

Returns on Loyalty Orders

If you used rewards points on your order, what happens depends on whether you return the entire order or only part of it.

🔁 Full Order Returns

I used rewards points on my order. What happens if I return everything?

If you return the entire order:

• You will be refunded the total dollar amount you paid after the discount was applied

• The points you used to redeem the discount will be added back to your rewards account

✅ Example:
If your order total was $100 and you applied a $15 reward coupon (redeemed with points), you paid $85.
If you return the entire order, you will:

• Receive $85 back

• Get your redeemed points returned to your rewards account

What happens to the points I earned on that order?

If the entire order is refunded:

• Any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Example:
If you earned 100 points for spending $100, and the order is fully refunded, those 100 points will be deducted.

🔁 Partial Returns

If you only return part of your order, the rules are different.

Points Earned on the Order

If you partially refund your purchase:

• You will only earn points for the amount you keep.

Example:
If you spent $100 and earned 100 points, then return $75 worth of items:

• You will keep 25 points (based on the remaining $25 spent).

Points Used for a Reward Coupon

If you used points to redeem a reward coupon and only partially return the order:

• The points used to redeem the coupon will not be returned

• Points earned will be adjusted based on the final amount kept

Example:
You add $100 of products and apply a $15 coupon (redeemed with 300 points), paying $85.
If you return $75 worth of items:

• The 300 redeemed points will NOT be returned

• Points earned will be adjusted based on the remaining amount
