Once your order has been placed, it is immediately sent through our system so our warehouse team can begin picking your items and preparing them for shipment as quickly as possible. This leaves a short window in which we can cancel or amend your order. Orders can generally be cancelled within 4 hours.

You will receive confirmation if we are able to process your cancellation.

After this timeframe, we may no longer be able to cancel your order as it may already be in processing or dispatch.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, cancellation may not be possible. However, you are welcome to request a return or exchange once your order has been delivered.
