Currently Zip Pay is shown as an available payment option at checkout on both our New Zealand and Australian websites; however, this is not accurate for New Zealand customers. Zip Pay is only able to process Australian transactions and orders.

Unfortunately, due to the way our websites are built and current checkout limitations, we are unable to remove Zip Pay as a visible payment option for New Zealand customers, despite it not being available to them. 

We understand this may be confusing and apologise for any inconvenience caused. All other payment methods, including PayPal and Afterpay, remain available for New Zealand customers.
